If any component that we provided and installed in your system should fail during normal, domestic use due to a fault in materials and/or workmanship, Audio Insight will at it's discrection adjust, repair or replace the defective unit(s) free of charge for a period of 12 months from the date of substantial completion.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage to components caused by anything other than defects in materials or workmanship
- Damage or defects caused by abnormal or unreasonable use (including unauthorized system modifications, repairs and specifically, alterations by a person or party other than Audio Insight)
- Damage or defects resulting from acts of nature, such as lightning or flood. (These items may be covered under your home owner’s or other insurance)
- Damage or defects resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect
- Damage or defects resulting from improper installation, removal, or maintenance by a person or party other than Audio Insight
- Any product, service or system not purchased through Audio Insight and installed through Audio Insight
- Any client education/ re-education more than 90 days after the date of substantial completion
- Any product that has had its serial number removed or altered
- Handheld remote control batteries more than 90 days after the date of substantial completion
- Projection lamps more than 90 days after the date of substantial completion
- Programming changes more than 90 days after the date of substantial completion
*This warranty is null and void for any systems which include main components (exxcluding HDTV monitors or projectors) not purchased through Audio Insight.
*This warranty does not cover system function, operation or customer education for any system that does not included a control device
*Remote manufacturer can identify abuse (i.e. if the remote has been dropped, liquid spills, etc). Remote abuse is not covered under any warranty.
*Warranty does not include temporary replacement equipment if your unit require service.
